You only have one body to live in, so there is nothing more important than getting proactive about your health and our mission is to support you in this process.
I am an acupuncturist, clinical nutritionist, herbalist, and all-around health enthusiast. I work with people one on one in my private practice creating individualized treatment plans, to reduce pain and stress, balance their hormones, enhance their fertility, and achieve their health goals.
I also have online courses that you can take from the comfort of your own home. It is my mission to educate, inspire, and empower people just like you, so that you can feel your best and take control of your health.
I understand that you may be feeling confused and overwhelmed thinking about where to start, but I am here to bring you clarity and support.
I know what it is like to be overweight, suffering from acne, seasonal allergies, food sensitivities, digestion issues, stress, anxiety, and chronic pain. Restoring your health and happiness is a journey, but I can tell you that I feel better now than I ever have in my life.
I have always enjoyed working with women on their path to motherhood, but after my journey to conceive, carry, and birth my son, my deep passion for helping women boost their fertility, conceive, and have a healthy, happy pregnancy and birth, was born.
I strongly believe in the body’s ability to heal itself, when you find and eliminate the underlying cause of illness. I also believe that every choice you make has an impact on your health, and by giving your body the necessary tools you can restore the natural state of balance and reach optimal health.
There is no quick fix, magic pill or needle! With my knowledge of western and eastern modalities and through treatment, education, proper nutrition, and lifestyle modifications, improvement in many symptoms, as well as, overall long-term health goals really can be achieved.
When I’m not at my office you can find me spending time with my son and my nephews, reading a good book, outside taking a walk or jog, and lifting weights. I cherish spending time with my animals, family, and friends. Together we enjoy dining in local restaurants, and checking out local events. I love to explore new places and learn new things whether it is a nearby business or traveling. I believe that everything happens for a reason, and that we are never too old to set another goal or to dream another dream.
